Sophomore Thoughts
I'd say this has been one heck of a year. Let's start, shall we?
First thing that comes to mind is Robotics. VoTech is my school away from .... school? Made more sense in my head. I remember being so awkward in there, not knowing anyone besides a bunch of guys from my school I didn't like and my bestie Nykia. Eventually I grew and even earned the respect of most of the guys in there. Very proud of that! That also means I'm protected for the rest of my high school life. I'm a freaking mafia princess! Ah, I love my boys.
Riding all the way out there also meant I had late lunch. Fine, I suppose, if there was ever food left. I did make great friends there, too, who just graduated. Miss 'em already.
Band took state second year in a row! Then we got all superior in concert season! We're kind of amazing like that.
I got our school's first 4 on that English test, further proving I'm a genius. Haha, just kidding.
Mostly.
Uhm what else... Well, the obvious, my house getting turned into a tree taco. Definitely not fun, especially since we're getting little to no help. I've learned more about my family this past year than I needed to, and I'm very, VERY disappointed. It's like we're useless since my parents have gotten older and can't do as much. Ugh, I'm so tired of this and the drama. Our new house won't be here quick enough.
Ahhh I just found out tonight that one of my best friends is getting married! Super duper excited for her and her guy! Plus I get to be a bridesmaid, how cool is that?

We Survived!
In case you've been living under a rock for the past month, some really bad storms came through the south recently. Like, tornado bad. One of these happened through my hometown. It was a small place to begin with, but now it's literally some twigs and scrap metal.
Yes, my family is fine, just shocked. A tree fell through the roof of my room and our bathroom, so the house is ruined. We've gotten a good bit packed up, though, so we should be able to get a new one soon.
What bothers me most about this (besides when it rains anymore) is that the place I've lived in my entire life doesn't exist anymore. As far as the house goes, though, it's almost a blessing. It was falling apart and we really did need a new one. Plus, if we get the one we're thinking about, I'll have my own bathroom! Yay!
Anyway, quick post to show I'm not dead, ha. God Bless!

I'm old!
Have I mentioned how much I ignore this sometimes? Cause I kinda do.
Anyway, I feel old now. My nephew is already seven months old, I have less than 9 weeks of my sophomore year left, 1 week left with braces (YES!), and I'm about to order my class ring.
So old.
Anyway, Pokemon B&W? Yeah. Got 7 badges. Ha...?
Hmmm what else can I say?
House is awesome.
I'm hungry.
Let's go to McDonald's!
